QD430 : Synthesis of spirooxindoles in the presence of deep eutectic solvents and preparation of their hybrid compounds baxsed on 1,2,3-triazoles by click reaction

Abstarct: In this research work, a new method is reported for the multicomponent synthesis of spirooxindoles using deep eutectic solvents as a catalyst in EtOH/ H2O. spirooxindoles were obtained from multi-component reaction of isatin derivatives, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, malononitrile, in the presence of ChCl/Oxalic acid (15 mol%) with high yields. Also other group of spirooxindoles were synthesized by using of four compounent reaction inclouding, isatin drivaitives, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, malononitrile, hydrazine hydrate and ethyl acetoacetate, in the presence of ChCl/Urea (20 mol%) as an effective deep eutectic solvent as a catalyst. In continue the click reaction of propargyl spirooxindoles with aromatic azides in the presence of copper(II)acetate and sodium ascorbate, new hybrid compounds of 1,2,3-triazole lixnked spirooxindoles were synthesized. The structure of all new compounds was confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR analyzes.
